European gold and a Swedish record of 51.13 in 2012. A lot has happened in Moa\u2019s life since then. She became a mother of two but for the past year has focussed on returning to sprinting at an international level.
\u2013 The goal is the European Championships in Berlin. I\u2019m at a stage now where I need to qualify and run times I haven\u2019t run for several years but based on my training I\u2019m optimistic and those times feel as if they are within reach, she explained.<\/p>\n

2015 was the last time she started in a Diamond League competition and now she\u2019s making her comeback at her favourite distance of 400m and attempting the qualifying time of 53.40 on home ground at BAUHAUS-galan in June.
\u2013 It will be great. Especially competing at a really major meeting again. Stockholm Olympic Stadium is my home ground. I train there every day and I\u2019m so impatient just thinking about it, Moa beamed.<\/p>\n
The aim was a Swedish Championship medal \u2013 and she won gold<\/b>
Moa is at a 10-day training camp in Portugal at the moment, to sharpen up her fitness. The recent indoor season resulted in a Swedish gold medal at 400m. But that Moa chose to focus on 400m again was not so obvious before the season.
\u2013 My coach and I had actually planned that I\u2019d run some shorter distances but I had a craving to compete at my showcase event. It didn\u2019t progress as quickly as I wanted, mainly because I didn\u2019t have the stamina. However, I\u2019d set a goal to win a medal at the Swedish Championships, ideally gold, and I pulled it off, she concluded.<\/p>\n
