It is already announced that this year’s BAUHAUS-galan will face many stars. Both Sweden’s world record holder in pole vault, Mondo Duplantis, and Norway’s world record holder in the 400 metre hurdles, Karsten Warholm, are in this year’s edition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Now the organizer announces that two more world record holders, both in sprint, will come to the <\/span>Stockholm<\/span> on July 2.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n One is last year’s big surprise in the 100-meter hurdles at the World Championships in Eugene, Tobi Amusan. She set a world record of 12.12 already in the semi-finals at the World Championships in Eugene last year. In the final, she ran even faster but with a little too much wind. Amusan has won the Diamond League title for the past two years. The stadium record of 12.38, set by Ameri-President Brianna McNeal in 2018, is likely to be loose. It is also clear that the Finnish European indoor champion, Reeta Hurske, will start in the 100 meter hurdles. Hurske showed superb form throughout the indoor season where she ran as fast as 7.79 in the 60-meter hurdles. Just 11 hundredths off Susanna Kallur’s indoor world record. Hurske has opened the outdoor season well and ran in 12.70.
