In-form world champion Jessica Schilder set both a new meeting record and a new stadium record as she won the women\u2019s shot put at the BAUHAUS-galan in Stockholm on Sunday 7 June with a booming throw of 20.89m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was her second Diamond League victory of the season and came just 20cm short of the world lead 21.09m she set last month in Keqiao. Her mark remains the longest throw in the event since 2012. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her fifth-round effort surpassed the 15-year-old Olympic Stadium record previously held by two-time Olympic and four-time world champion Valerie Adams by 32cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
World indoor champion Chase Jackson of the USA finished second with a second-round throw of 19.91m, while two-time world indoor champion Sarah Mitton of Canada was third with 19.89m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
