Three Cities Launch the Nordic Athletics Week 2025

The three premier Nordic athletics meetings in Oslo, Stockholm and Turku are coming together in one thrilling week of athletics and forms the Nordic Athletics Week. 

When the world turns its eyes to Oslo and Stockholm for the Wanda Diamond League circus together with the World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meeting in Turku, it will find five competition days of world-class events in the Nordic cities within one week. 

Altogether the three cities offer the following schedule of events:

OSLO

11 June – Bislett Games Day 1 

• Triathlon competitions with the decathlon Olympic champion Markus Roth among others.

12 June – Bislett Games Day 2 

• Bislett Games – Wanda Diamond League

STOCKHOLM

14 June – BAUHAUS-galan Day 1

• City Event, Pole Vault Women – Wanda Diamond League. 
• Also, the men will qualify for the last position in the men’s pole vault at BAUHAUS-galan 15 June.

15 June – BAUHAUS-galan Day 2

• BAUHAUS-galan – Wanda Diamond League

TURKU

17 June – Paavo Nurmi Games

• Paavo Nurmi Games – World Athletics Continental Tour Gold.

The cooperation among the meetings originates from taking the advantage of being close to each other.
