This year’s event has received the highest rating ever measured by the Swedish Experience Institute in the Customer Satisfaction Index (NKI) since the measurements were adjusted in 2017. The audience survey conducted in the days after the competition shows record-high levels of satisfaction and engagement among visitors.
This year’s gala was a magical sports evening at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium where home athlete Armand “Mondo” Duplantis made history by breaking the world record in pole vaulting, while Andreas Almgren set a new European record in the 5000 meters.
