– I’m very much looking forward to competing in Stockholm which is one of my favourite cities. I really hope to arrive in Stockholm as the new World Champion, says David Oliver.

During this year’s outdoor season he has displayed consistency and besides his world leading 13.03 has recorded several other times close to 13 seconds. He is an athlete who truly enjoys the Diamond League circuit. His time of 13.03 was recorded at the Diamond League meeting in Lausanne on 4 July.

Many of the world’s elite athletes will compete at this year’s DN Galan and as the event approaches, more top names will be announced. And the medallists from Moscow will come to the classic Stockholm Stadium facing those seeking revenge after the preceding week’s World Championships.
