With both the Winter Olympics in Vancouver and Football World Cup in South Africa taking place the competition was tough. However, according to Universal Sports Channel analysis, the 100m race at DN Galan on the 6 of August was the “Top Performance of 2010”.

A revenge meeting in the women´s long jump

The women’s long jump at DN Galan Friday, August 6 at Stockholm Olympic Stadium looks like a revenge meeting between European Champion Ineta Radevica, Latvia and Naide Gomes, Portugal. Both jumped 6.92 in Barcelona and may threaten Galina Tjistiakovas 21 year old Stadium record 7.05.
