The king and queen of Diamond League ready for the BAUHAUS-gala
Since last year, Mondo Duplantis is ready for the BAUHAUS-gala on July 2. In the same branch, we get to see the king of the Diamond League who is coming back to Stockholm, Renaud Lavillenie. He is the one who has competed the most times of any track and field athlete since the start of the competition series, 72 events (!), winning 33 of them, and won the Diamond League title* 7 years in a row (2010-2016). As many titles as the triple jumper Christian Taylor, but he needed 8 years to accomplish that feat.

Double Olympic Champions to Stockholm 2 July
It is now clear that the first duel of the year between Barshim and Tamberi will take place at Stockholm's stadium on July 2. The crowd favorite Tamberi who can set any arena on fire will face the giant in the discipline, the three-time world champion (last three WCs) Barshim.

The women's long jump season hasn't really started yet. The first Diamond League competition is on the 2nd of June in Florence with, among others, Khaddi Sagnia. But already now the world's best have accepted the BAUHAUS gala and we can reveal that there has been great interest in coming and competing at the Stadion on 2nd of July.
