Double punishment for athletes who are not selected for the Swedish Olympic team
Athletes who have met the World Athletics (WA) qualification criteria but who are not selected by the Swedish Olympic Committee (SOK) for the Olympics in Paris not only miss out on the main goal of their careers, to participate in an Olympics, they also miss out on the best opportunity to collect important ranking points that are the basis for selection to upcoming championships.
